Resolution 4: Fee-for-Service
Move motion that given CAPE’s needs to attain financial sustainability and that it is now offering a whole range of services to its members, a membership subscription should be introduced in January 2015. Member feedback should be sought on the amount of subscription to be charged to the members
Since April 2015 CAPE has been restructuring for sustainability and and is moving to a fee-for-service structure.
While this restructuring is taking place, CAPE members can access all services available directly from the vendor sites with which CAPE has fee-sharing and IP arrangements giving CAPE members the option to pay for any services that are not offered free of charge.
