Regular Members (Engineering Profession)
Before you can access some of the member services you have to join CAPE
There is no fee for you to join CAPE as a regular member. While most of the services we provide for you are free there is a nominal fee for you to access some of our services.
Free Services
- Free access to comprehensive information on how to access the engineering profession in Canada and online information advisory services including an on-line inventory of service providing agencies and their programs, regular e-newsletters, regular forums organized on topical issues and networking opportunities with the broader engineering and employer community
- Free introductory webinar and on-line training workshop on real-time labor market skills gaps based training approach and learning platform
- Regular members who hold professional licenses or certificates of practice in a Canadian jurisdiction are entitled to all of the above services. In addition they may choose to become mentors to non-licensed regular members
- The right to vote in ballot and elections and stand for election to the CAPE Board of Directors
- All regular members get free access to online versions of CAPE publications, discounts on jointly sponsored activities, meetings and events, annual program of social and learning events, advocacy materials, positions and submissions
